SATURDAY

REST DAY, EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!

I am executing the Body-For-Life Program. No, its not a DIET. It is more of a way of life change. I already knew what to eat, but I did not know how to eat. I eat an average of 5 to 6 meals a day. They are small like chicken and greens (no, not with any fat back. Instead, a turkey or chicken season cube). I am a G.R.I.T.S. so you know I am not going to let go of my Southern heritage. Just Sunday, I ate half a cup of yellow rice, a red potato, carrrots, stringbeans, greens, and oxtails. You know I had a little gravy. The great thing about my plan is that I can allow myself to enjoy a meal like that and not feel at all guilty. I know that it sounds like a lot but it really wasn't a lot on my plate. However, I loaded up on the fresh greens and I love me some oxtails. I don't eat heavy 98% of the time but Sundays I dabble in my Soulfood. Hold on....Why is my mouth watering...hold on.... let me wipe the corner of my mouth....
